One of the electric cars that have created a stir in recent times is undoubtedly the Nissan Leaf, praised for its performance and its logical contribution to environmental care, to the point of being a candidate to be awarded the Car Green of the Year.
A few weeks ago the news was that the reserves were exhausted, and before this planned well accepted, it has finally confirmed the date of arrival to those who have booked direct exports from the Oppama plant.
As reported in the company, would begin the first units exported to the United States in November, and then begin to export to Europe no later than December this year.
Factory currently shares with other cars popular in Japan firm, the Nissan Cube and Nissan striking Juke, whose productions were relegated to the background a few months ago to reform the plant and generate sufficient structure for mounting the modules of batteries that are equipped in the Nissan Leaf.
In the not too distant future, the firm will begin to assemble the Leaf in U.S. factories for sales in the U.S. market and in the UK, across Europe.
