The new Chevrolet Volt by 2011, will be marketed throughout the U.S.

The Chevrolet Volt is currently being marketed in only a few areas in the U.S. but will ship throughout the continent until the end of the year, expanding their horizons to Washington, California, New York, New Jersey, Texas and Connecticut.

The first step in expansion of retail outlets will be in Michigan where the Volt will begin shipping in the month of March, with the shift to other states in the second half of 2011.

The strong demand for Chevrolet Volt in the U.S. is the major expansion of its sales in the near future, achieving a higher level of sales.
