Everything is ready to start the Tour of Spain 2009, which will begin Saturday morning the city of Assen Holland and end on Sunday 21 September in Rivas Vaciamadrid (Madrid) on September 20 after 21 stages at which the bunch will have to face fans on the plain, high and late stages against the clock.
