BMW presents next-generation 6 Series Convertible in U.S.

The BMW struck the Hall of Los Angeles (USA) to introduce the convertible version of the new generation 6-Series, even before launching the hardtop model.

Besides the visual far more harmonious than the previous version (the back was a disaster), the new 6 Series brings a lot of embedded technology.

The highlight is the steering system on the rear wheels (the same as the 5 Series ), which enhances cornering stability.

The 6 Series has two engine options: a six-cylinder (BMW 640i - 3.0 to 324 hp), which accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 5.7 seconds and a V8 (BMW 650i - 4.4 biturbo 413 ps), which reaches 100 mph in 5 seconds.

Both have limited top speed of 250 km / h. There are two exchange options: six-speed manual and automatic eight gears. View photos and watch the video.
